1. CodeCanyon Purchases (Plugin Licenses)
All plugin license purchases made through CodeCanyon are subject to Envato’s Refund Policy, which can be found here:

Please submit refund requests directly through your Envato/CodeCanyon account if you are eligible.
2. Credit Pack Purchases (via Paddle)
When you purchase credit packs through our plugin or website, the following rules apply:
Credits are digital goods and are non-refundable, even if unused.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Purchased credits that have been partially or fully used
Mistaken or duplicate purchases
Issues resulting from unsupported themes or third-party conflicts
Important: Credit purchases require a valid license activation. If the plugin is not activated with a valid CodeCanyon license, credits may not be accessible or usable.
3. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund if:
A technical issue prevents credit delivery and our support team cannot resolve it within 7 business days
A duplicate purchase occurs within a short timeframe (less than 24 hours)
The product was never accessed or used, and the request is made within 48 hours

4. Chargebacks & Abuse
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

Where can I buy OutfitGen?

Once you install the plugin using your CodeCanyon license, you’ll get 80 free credits included. You can then purchase additional credits from inside the plugin dashboard. Just select the credit pack that fits your needs, no subscriptions, no hidden fees.
Do I need a subscription to use OutfitGen?
No! OutfitGen is 100% pay-as-you-go. You only pay once for the plugin and buy credits as you use them. One credit = one AI-generated outfit image.
Can I use OutfitGen without buying the plugin?
No. A valid CodeCanyon license is required to install and activate OutfitGen. Credits are only available to verified plugin owners.
