Welcome to Gnine. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (https://gnine.net), software products (including but not limited to our WordPress plugins like OutfitGen), and related digital services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. About Us

Gnine is a software development company offering premium WordPress plugins and digital tools. Our products are sold through trusted marketplaces such as CodeCanyon, and we use Paddle.com as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

3. License and Usage

• Each purchase via CodeCanyon grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin on one end product/site.

• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or modify our code for resale purposes.

• Activation requires a valid CodeCanyon license.

4. Credit System (Digital Content Sales)

• Our plugin uses a credit-based system: 1 credit = 1 AI-generated image.

• Upon installation, you may receive free starter credits.

• Additional credit packs can be purchased. These are:

  • One-time purchases

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable

• A valid license is required to purchase credits.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by the Envato refund policy.
You may request a refund only through the CodeCanyon platform if applicable.

We do not issue refunds for:

• Used credits

• Incorrect purchases

• Licensing disputes outside Envato

6. Product Updates and Support

• With a valid license, you are entitled to lifetime updates.

• Support is provided through our official support channel for eligible users.

• We reserve the right to change or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.

7. Enforcement & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your license and access to our Services if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or used our AI features in a way that infringes upon another person’s rights (for example, uploading images without consent or creating deceptive content). We will cooperate with Paddle, payment processors, and law enforcement agencies as required to investigate abuse or fraud.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the plugin for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decrypt, or tamper with the source code.

• Bypass or disable licensing, credit verification, or purchase systems.

9. Disclaimer

All Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not offer warranties, express or implied.
We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from:

• Software bugs

• Incompatibility with your system

• Misuse or unauthorized modifications

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
