These Terms & Conditions are entered into by and between Mohammed Salha, doing business as Gnine Technology, located at Palestine – Ramallah, and you, the user.

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the website gnine.net, and any digital products or services (collectively, the “Services”) offered by Gnine (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By using our Services, including installing or accessing any of our software products such as OutfitGen, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

1. Company Information

Gnine is a software provider offering digital products for WordPress and other platforms.
We sell licenses via CodeCanyon and process payments through Paddle, our official Merchant of Record.

2. Licensing Terms

• Each plugin purchase grants one license per end product or website.

• A valid license is required to activate the plugin and purchase credit packs.

• You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our products or source code.

  • Use a single license on multiple sites.

  • Share activation keys or access tokens.

3. Credits and Digital Sales

• Our plugin uses a credit system: 1 credit = 1 AI-generated image.

• Free starter credits may be provided upon first installation.

• Additional credits:

  • Are sold via Paddle or linked marketplaces.

  • Are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Cannot be resold or exchanged.

4. Payment & Billing

• All payments are securely processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller.

• You will receive billing and purchase confirmations directly from Paddle.

• Prices may be subject to VAT or local taxes depending on your location.

5. Refund Policy

• We follow the Envato refund policy for CodeCanyon purchases.

• For credit pack purchases via Paddle:

  • No refunds will be issued for used or partially used credits.

  • If you experience technical issues, contact us within 7 days.

6. Updates & Support

• Lifetime plugin updates are included with a valid license.

• Support is available for eligible users through our support email.

• We may update or discontinue features at any time without notice.

7. Acceptable Use

OutfitGen is strictly for virtual try‑on of clothing on consenting individuals and may only be used with either stock models provided by you or images the merchant owns the rights to. Explicitly prohibit:

• Uploading photos of anyone without their explicit consent, including celebrities or minors.

• Generating images that misrepresent someone’s likeness or that could be considered deepfakes.

• Using the tool for impersonation, harassment, pornographic or other objectionable purposes.

OutfitGen overlays clothing onto existing images; it doesn’t create new faces or bodies.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes.

• Reverse-engineer, tamper with, or bypass plugin security.

• Misuse our platform to exploit AI image generation systems.

• When you use the OutfitGen plugin to create outfit previews, any photos you upload and the resulting AI‑generated images are stored directly in your own website’s folders. We do not permanently store these images on our infrastructure. For operational purposes, we retain a temporary copy on our servers for up to 72 hours to facilitate generation, delivery and quality checks. After this period, the temporary copy is permanently deleted from our systems. We do not archive or share these images with third parties.
• By uploading any image to the OutfitGen plugin, you confirm that you have the right to use that image and have obtained any necessary consent from any identifiable individuals depicted. You must not upload images of persons without their explicit permission or use the service to create misleading or deceptive content.

9. Enforcement & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your license and access to our Services if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or used our AI features in a way that infringes upon another person’s rights (for example, uploading images without consent or creating deceptive content). We will cooperate with Paddle, payment processors, and law enforcement agencies as required to investigate abuse or fraud.

10. Disclaimer of Warranty

All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We make no guarantees regarding:

• Availability of services

• Compatibility with third-party plugins/themes

• Accuracy of AI-generated content

We are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Services after changes indicates your acceptance.
